Covert Drones is a collection of 60 sounds that were sampled from our Modular Rig. Most samples are a droning sound that slightly varies over time. Some of these samples are several minutes long and have been processed to loop infinitely.
The samples are useful to create a wide variety of sounds ranging from roaring basses to ever evolving pads.
If you enjoy making drones and pads, this 2 gigabytes collection of waveforms will be a nice addition to your arsenal of raw sounds.
A Simpler preset for each sample is included with tuning adjustments where needed, so you can start designing your own sounds immediately.
Covert Drones comes with 100 Instrument Rack presets. These sounds have 8 Macros mapped to their most important parameters and are instantly usable in your musical creations. The sounds are mostly Ambient Drones, Evolving Pads and Sci-Fi texture sounds.
The Instrument Racks are quite dark and gloomy and they aren't the type of sounds you may expect from us. We felt strongly about doing a pack that mainly features sounds for ambient musical creations and for productions in the theater and movie fields. And so Covert Drones was born.
To get an idea of the type of sounds this pack contains, we prepared a few audio examples. Bear in mind that these are very long sounds, so the demos are a bit longer than average too. We also included a second player with a selection of the full length samples used to create the Instrument Racks.
